A Company which hates their customers.

A Company which gives the strong impression that they hate their customers and will do everything they can to bleed them for money. To the constant up selling and hidden charges, the aggressive attitude when you return your vehicle, the exorbitant charges for extra KMs or damaged wind screens (R 12000 for damaged class A wind screen....?). I have rented from them about 25 times and will no longer use their cars. They scan your vehicles with a microscope to see if there any additional tiny scratches they can charge you an entire paint job for. Lastly when it comes time to get your deposit back, you MUST call them then they have the usual BS about your bank putting a block when anyone knows that they will hold onto the money to earn interest as long as humanly possible. Clearly run by dishonest people and more and more attracting dishonest employees.
