5 Months after rental no deposit received back.

I was warned by a friend that his SANI vehicle rental deposit has not been paid back 2 months after his rental.

Since they had the best rental option I rented a vehicle in mid January from CPT Airport. Now 5 months later I have not received my deposit back.

I have called their call centre and only got some excuses with a promise to call me back, this was 2 months ago, still no reply.

I have mailed their customer complaints 2 weeks ago, still no reply.
