I bought a second hand door lock for a Ssangyong Korando 2. It works well and it was fair value for money. At the same time a bought a belly tray for the same car, but did not check whether it fitted. Once at home I realised that it was an incorrect component. I took it back, thinking that, with past experience of s****yards/second hand part suppliers, there is normally no refund policy. You buy it - you keep it..... whether it works or not. Sang Dai Auto Parts refunded me with the full amount within a few days. I'm impressed.
