wrong order with footlong

I ordered a Foot long Cheese and tomato with extra cheese X2 and 2 cold drinks. the person at the counter was rude and lacked knowledge on some of the food that is sold there, I asked for the foot long to be toasted both of them which was not done. Lady had the worst attitude while talking to her friend on her cellphone. <br> <br> This type of service is unacceptable even the store manager was there and he never cared what was happening. a 15 min waited turned to be 25 min and the wrong order, I don't remember ordering a bad attitude with my meal.
