Wrong Order Delivered

I put an order with Sandwich Baron, for a foot long sandwich on white and another sandwich with no butter, they delivered a footlong on brown bread and no butter on the other,my colleague had her sandwich without releasing that there was butter on hers and shes allergic. I phoned them to bring it to their attention, I spoke to a lady called Musa she advised that she they ran out of white bread and she decided to just put it on brown bread, I asked why was I not phoned and advised about this she said they couldn't get through to my landline, but they had my cellphone as well they didn't bother. she then offered to send me my order on normal white bread, she would make two sandwiches to make up for the Footlong Sandwich, I was then advised they do not have avocado so the one sandwich will be without avo and will have double feta, she promised that she will have the order delivered to me in 15mins, I phoned them 45mins later my order had still not arrived. when it did eventually arrive both sandwiches had no Avo. I am annoyed because ordering a sandwich should be simple getting the order right should be simple, (white footlong , other order no butter) its simple work? Its a shame
