Worst Service, Late and Abuse from owner

They delivered an order that I had already paid for to someone else. Then when i phoned to enquire, they told me that they do this everyday and that the driver left the food at reception and it is not their fault but receptions fault that I didnt get the food. He shouted at me and told me the driver was on his way to show me where he left the food, turn out he gave it to some random. Owner hung up on me and I don't know the status regarding my food.
