Worst Chicken Mayo Sandwich

I ordered a Chicken Mayo Toasted French Sandwich from Sandwich Baron in Bedfordview today, as I have many times.

Although I am happy with the fact that I received my order within an hour I am honestly just disgusted with the quality of the food I received. The chicken mayo seems as though is was made with scarps, there was fat, blood and even the darkest of the meat. It wasn’t even shredded chicken like it normally is. Maybe it's just me but biting into a chicken mayo sandwich and getting a clump of chicken fat and blood in your mouth is one of the grossest things I can think of. It was a complete waste of R50 as I could not eat it.

I sent an email with a picture of the sandwich to your complaints email address and I did not receive a reply, that is why I am posting this review.

It is so disappointing as I am used to good service and even better food from Sandwich Baron.

I just received a call from the manager at Sandwich Baron Bedfordview in which she apologized for the incident and offered to replace the sandwich. I would like to thank all those involved for getting back to me so quickly. I appreciate the attention given to my complaint.
