What Kind of a Manager Laughs When a Legitimate Complaint Is Brought Forth?!

DID ANY OF THE ****SAPIENS WHO WORK AT SANDWICH BARON EVER GO TO SCHOOL TO LEARN HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS?!!!!! NOT!. This is atrocious! How hard is it to just read the order and follow the instructions?! I ordered a Chicken Cheesy Melt Footlong and I specifically stated WHITE FOOTLONG, the driver (we will get to him now) delivers a TOASTED WHITE FOOTLONG, come on! I specifically stated that it must not be toasted and there they went happily toasting it as though they were going to eat it!. Then my colleague also was so disappointed with his order that arrived. It is so SIMPLE! Everything is written in PLAIN ENGLISH what could ever go wrong? A lot apparently. Then the bread comes so stale and baron, as though it went to the Sahara for a whole month. I call in to look for answers and the manager JUST LAUGHED AT ME!

Furthermore, the driver, Lord Jesus have mercy, did NOT EVEN BOTHER APOLOGISING FOR COMING SO LATE! If Steve Bacher had NOT gone and taken his job for a ****, we would not have been here AT ALL! Steve, for crying out loud, so many people would die to have your job! You are here delivering SO LATE and then have the audacity to not even feel remosrseful about it, no wonder you did not get any tips! So disgusting! You do not take your job seriously and it is a shame!
