Waiting time for cold soggy sandwich to be delivered - More than 2.5 hours
On 25/7/18 I ordered delivery from Sandwich Baron in Hatfield at 12:15 and after numerous phone calls them I only received my order at 14:50. Even though the meal was free of charge because of it being late for more than 2 hours, it was cold and landed up in my dustbin. This has been the most unpleasant experience dealing with the employees at this Sandwich Baron.

Thank you for taking my call. I really appreciate you letting us know but am sorry you were on the receiving end of bad service. It is really unacceptable. We are working on eliminating these kind of complaints and I will certainly be taking it up with the store concerned.
