WAITING MORE THAN 2 HOURS FOR A SALAD

Ordered online, to be delivered. Received an email at 11:12 that my order is being processed. Phoned at 13:05, order is on it's way. Still waiting @ 13:33 for my order. Have to wait MORE THAN 2 HOURS for a salad??? Pathetic!!!
