Waiting for refund

<p>On the 8th of June I ordered a Cheese and Tomato French loaf online, Payment was made immediately. The shop never received my online order, I had to phone Sunninghill to re-order and swiped my card on delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>My money on the online order was never refunded to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent the Sunninghill Branch a mail on the matter on the 4th of July. I received a responde that they will look in to it, but no feedback yet.</p>
