Very bad service

I am so disgusted. I phone Blairgowrie Sandwich Baron store and ordered a Anytime Platter for lunch today. I phoned at 1.05pm. The gentleman who served me said it would be delivered by 1.40pm.<br> I phoned at 2.30 as our order had not been delivered yet. It is now 3.05pm and the order has just been delivered. What a shocking show of service. And they want us to pay for the order but did not bring a card machine and failed to tell us that we need to pay cash. Very disappointing from such a well established brand!
