Very bad phone skills very rude

Good day..

I have called your franchise in Edenvale. Spoke to a jordan.

She was highly rude. The staff where shouting at each other while I was on the phone wanted to place a order for bacon Mayo and chicken sub and I was told it is not called that it is called crispy bacon Mayo chicken sub. Asked if I could place the order then I got a rude remark saying is it a normal sub.

So I will put this on hello Peter as this was rude!
