Useless service

Why do you accept my order and take my money via credit card, and then tell me that you would not deliver, I must come collect, I am out of your area!!!! If I had time to collect I would have not bothered to place the order in first place for delivery. Secondly, you tell me that you do not know that I paid by credit card???!!!! Your systems are up to ****! I even phoned head office and they just accepted the above nonsense. Oh and all of this by email, no one even bothers to give me a call!! When am I getting my money back???
