Unprofessional!!!!

Sandwich Baron Isando is the most unprofessional company!!!<br> Firstly I ordered a sandwich from them about 4 weeks ago around 12h00 and they only delivered my food at 15h00, as dumb as I was I ordered from them again! I placed an order and they delivered my food, and dropped it at reception. when I went down to pay, the delivery guy has left with a message, \order has been paid for". As I assumed that it was for the bad service I recieved! On my way home later that day I received a call from them numerous times stating that I should pay for my food as it was not paid for. The next day delivery man rocks up again asking for his money! My Question: Is there a communication error in the branch or are they just *********** to get an order / payment right? <br> Very Very bad customer service!!"""
