*******!!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order today at 13:00, it is now 15:26 and still no order. I paid online and the payment reference number is Np-Mer ********** . When I phoned Roodepoort Sandwich Baron, Nobody received my online order... I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sorry to hear about your bad experience with our on line ordering. The complaint was forwarded to the store and I hope you got your refund timeously.
The on line site you were using was very old and it did have problems in that the payment portal did not talk to the on line site and if an order failed the payment could go through. We have just launched a new site and you will not encounter this problem ever again.
