The last time I wait this long!
I previously emailed edmund@ to complain about my order taking an hour and a half to reach me. I received no reply at all. Today again, but this time its worse. An hour and a half after I ordered online I phoned the Grey Owl branch and they are offline! NONE of the online orders are reaching them....so here I am waiting for NOTHING!!!! There is nothing during the ordering process that warns you of this....you just don't get lunch.
Sandwich Barron, your food is great, but your service is terrible! I've had enough. This was the last time.

14 Nov 2017, 09:51So TWO WEEKS later and 3 emails and 2 calls I still have NO REFUND from them! You know, we all mess up sometimes, but your shocking nonchalance in correcting this situation is inexcusable.
