Terrible service and delivery of food

We placed 3 orders which arrived almost an hour late. The client was out of stock of a specific item but still went ahead to make up the meals, without the item which was out of stock and confirmed after it was despatched that the item was out of stock. We accepted the order which arrived late. Upon opening up my meal, I discovered a stale roll (French), slapped with 2 pieces of bacon and a drizzle of feta cheese. The chicken salad was extremely tasteless to say the least and consisted of lettuce, boiled chicken and onion. The steak and cheese toasted sandwich was raw. Even a dog would take around an hour to chew the raw meet. I called Keith to come and collect the order from us and when explaining to him what our complaint was, he wanted to know what we meant by mediocre. The service, in my opinion, for a reputable franchise like this was appalling to say the least. My colleagues and I will never purchase a meal from this branch and unfortunately, the name and brand has been *****ed and therefore no order will ever be placed to Sandwich Baron by us again.
