Terrible Service!!

Ordered a chicken/mayo + avo special at 11h37. It's now 13h00 and still no delivery. I called at 12h30 but the lady seemed so confused. Told me 4 times to hold on while she's chatting to people in the back and answering other calls.

This is the 4th time that it happened - waiting hours for delivery.

Our building is right behind them.
