Takes the whole day to prepare food and not deliver at end of day

We have placed an order with Sandwich Baron Alberton and have not received such bad service every. We placed our order at 10:38am, waiting the whole day and at 14:47pm our order still has not been delivered after receiving a email at 12:23pm to say that the driver left and it takes an hour to cook chicken. After 3 years of being loyal customers we have never been so disappointed
