Sunninghill Branch really don't care

We often order from Sunninghill Sandwich Baron. It is convenient and up until 3 weeks ago the service and quality was always good. It has gone down since. Not only have we received incorrect orders, cold food and stale bread but also no one cares. I have sent many emails and tried calling but all I get is a bad attitude over the phone and ignored over email. This branch will be losing a lot of business due to this.
