Still waiting for my delivery

I placed my order by telephone to be delivered. Waited 40 minutes and phoned them again to find out why my order is taking so long. I was informed that they had some sort issue and the driver left already. I waited another 15 minutes and cancelled my order. I am not going to wait an hour for a delivery to be done, by that time the food is cold and taste is gone. Poor service.
