Side Salad with a Dead Fly Dressing

I've been a loyal customer of Sandwich Baron for a while because it's convenient, normally okay with delivery speed and the food isn't all that bad.

Today I ordered a Banting Omelette with a side salad and this comes with a balsamic vinegar / olive oil dressing on the side. At the time I got my lunch, I was starving. As I'm pouring the dressing over my side salad, a hard bit plopped out at the end and I wondered what it was, because that's not normal. Once the oil had drained to the bottom of the container, I saw that it was a dead fly.

Obviously what I did next was to give the branch a call and discuss this incident with the manageress and I was stunned when the reply / solution from her side was to offer me a new salad dressing.

I don't know of anyone who will actually continue eating a meal when there is an insect as filthy as a fly marinating in their salad dressing.

I'm completely disgusted by the poor hygiene and I will not order anything from Sandwich Baron again, as well as discourage anyone considering placing an order at Sandwich Baron as I can't be assured that their hygiene is up to standard or if their kitchens are actually clean. As a company, we ordered frequently and that stops today.
