Service delivery sucks

I am so disappointed in sandwich baron Randburg after raving to my collegues about the awesome service and food we always get from Sandwich baron. We placed an order around 09 22 and the store is less than 2km away. It took them two hours and 6 phone calls before we received our sandwich's. With no apology....and cold food nevertheless
