Sandwich Baron, Never again
Dissappointed is not the word with the Edenvale Franchise. We organized a surprise party for our GM for the 26/04. The staff all contributed financially as our GM is adoured by all. We planned the surprise to the tee, even included his wife..We ordered our platters 24 hours in advance from Edenvale, everything we planned were executed like a well oiled German machine.....but......Sandwich Baron Edenvale not only delivered 45 minutes late, after numerous calls during the day....they also managed to deliver platters of a disgusting and inferior quality. We all landed with egg on our face because of your late delivery.
Needless to say we will never ever, ever....EVER make use of your service again. You disappointed our WHOLE company....SIES!!!!!
I will be taking very serious action against my manager as we do not tolerate this kind of service. Our managers are trained enough to understand how valuable every single customer is and what is expected of them.
