Sandwich Baron Midrand pathetic service

I ordered a sandwich with water to be delivered to someone and made an online payment. The sandwich was delivered without the water and when asked when the water will be delivered they had no answer. The manager is extremely rude, I fail to understand why she works with people but lacks people skills its disgusting how to talks with people. They were requested to cancel the order, I asked her I paid online what about the money that was paid she said I will get it back if the sandwich was not opened.
