Sandwich Baron Central - DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERY

Sandwich Baron Pta Central! O my Word!! Received an email to say that they have received my order 13:49. At 15:10 I still haven't received my order so I phoned them to say they should cancel my order, They never did. So the delivery guy showed up eventually and I still had to pay for it even thou it is LATE, COLD and SOGGY! So I phone head office.... Guy I spoke to said I'm not the first one to complain about the central store, I should change my online order profile to Hatfield so that my order can go to them.

My question then is... If you get so much complains about a store, why keep the doors open or even let them except online order. Clearly they cant cop with online order. Let them only help walk ins!!!
