Sandwich baron bara mall non existent service

I went to sandwich baron bara mall on monday afternoon, when I walked in there was a delivery guy seated next to the door sleeping and a pregnant lady sitting next to him and mo one at the counter. I approached the counter for service and waited for someone to offer assistance. No one came, after something like 2 mins the pregnant lady stood up approaching the counter, went in to charge her phone, tidied around the counter, left the counter to tidy the tables in the shop, came back to the counter again and then went to speak to the lady that was in the other shop. All this time I'm waiting at the counter to be assisted. I waited for about 10 mins and even left without assistance moreover as I was now left inside the shop with the sleeping delivery guy. I'm a regular customer at the shop, normally order over the phone for delivery. I'm very disappointed and disgusted at what I got on monday and will not ever be buying or even recommend anyone to support sandwich baron bara mall.
