Please someone listen to this call and assess it. Please take her for a customer service course URGENTLY. No festive spirit no nothing. She kept cutting me off before I could finish my sentences. I addressed it and asked her not to take out her frustrations on me. She is a VERY UNHAPPY employee. Where is the friendly guy that I always speak to? Bring him back ASAP!!!!!!
