ROTTEN FOOD

I ordered quarter chicken,eggs and avo and the chicken was as hard as a ***'s skin.The bones were so dry I'd swear someone sucked out the juice while it was still alive.And I phone in to report the matter making John aware that I still have the food he can collect it and tell me if the chicken is fresh he tells me over and over sounding like a broken record that the food was prepared this morning.I do not care I am telling you about my worst nightmare with your stale chicken that seemed like it was roasted on Monday slept 4 consecutive days with being warmed and back in the freezer.John your managerial skills suck,no customer service whatsoever,<br> you lack the skill of problem solving.You clearly need classes or training through all those aspects.And don't be offering me \free food"when I have paid for my food and you failed to make it right the first time what makes you think I would be interested in a freebie when you couldn't get the one I paid for right."""
