Ridiculous service!
I wanted to write a review so many times here but today I am just fed-up. I've ordered a sandwich at 08h57. It is now 09h49 and still no sandwich. I am 300m away from the shop! I phoned the shop and the lady told me the driver left at 09h10 already. This is not the first time this has happened. I've been ordering alot from them but will find another place to order from. I am now going into a meeting from 10h00 to 13h00...so thank you for your absolute **** service. And note: I WILL send the food back if it gets here all cold and soggy!

As I explained on the telephone yesterday our bike broke down en-route.
This I know is not the problem of the customers but we were also in the dark as your order was the only one with the driver.
Please can you contact myself when you are ready so that I can make amends for yesterdays disaster and to ensure you with best of service and quality going forward.
Please also be advised that our Sunninghill branch across the road from you has recently closed and Rivonia branch is here to cater for your needs going forward.
