Poor service! late delivery!!

I ordered my bacon, cheese and tomato sandwich from Sandwich Baron Linbro Park at 08:10 am, at 9 seeing that my order still hasn't arrived I phoned the store and they told me the driver is on the way. I phoned again I think after 20 minutes and asked them if they gave the driver the correct address, they then realised they gave the driver the wrong address, which I don't understand because they got the company name correct but under an incorrect address. they confirmed they will phone the driver an give the correct address. I phoned again at 09:40 and the lady said I should give the driver two minutes and begged me not to cancel the order. the sandwich got here at 10:00, I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS!!!!! and you can imagine how the sandwich was when it got here. when I asked the driver what the delay was he said he doesn't know anything he just got to the store.
