Poor service and refusal to refund - Sandwich Baron Germiston

I ordered a salad from Sandwich Baron Germiston. I waited 3 hours and no delivery took place. after phoning twice, I was told that my order was still in the shop and that they are short staffed. I understood and asked that they cancel the order and refund my money. this was on Monday, 27 November 2017. The lady promised that a driver will deliver the money to my works address by latest the morning of the 28th November 2017. I am still waiting, on the 29th November 2017 after a delivery was made to another person at our works premises and still no refund. They deliver a salad to our premises but I wait 3 days for my refund. I obviously wont get my money back but I want everyone to be warned what they are all about.
