Poor service

Absolutely shocking service from your Boksburg branch today. I called in at 11, to place an order. After 16 minutes on the line with one of your employees, she just couldn't get the order right, I then requested to have someone else assist me. Very efficient gent, got the order down right. I indicated at least 3 times the importance of having the food delivered to me by no later than 20min past 12, as that is the time that the training delegates will be breaking for lunch. 25 past I called in as the food had not yet arrived. Asked to speak to your manager - she isn't particularly bothered. Just said there's no driver available, when a driver comes in, they'll send it. I informed her that that wasn't good enough, the food is already late, I need to get the food here. She then said she would see what she could do and would call me back. 5min later, I called again. She said she was busy with another call, but the driver has left with my order. No apology, nothing. It's now 12:40 and lunch that was supposed to be here 20min ago still hasn't arrived. Please note that we often order from this branch for our training sessions. After today's "service", I think I'll rather take our money elsewhere.
