Pathetic and worst service ever

Hi<br> <br> I have been ordering from Sandwich Baron now, using the same branch, for almost 2 years. I have had so many troubles and complaints regarding the service that I cannot even keep count!!! ORDERS TAKE LONGER THAN AN HOUR TO BE DELIVERED, THEN IT'S THE WRONG ORDER, THEN ITS BURNT TO A CRISP!!!! Out of all the times I have complained and phoned the branch, I got an apology ONCE!! The rest of the time I got a ****y attitude or someone that doesn't even understand anything I have to say!<br> <br> I am fuming right now as I mostly have the same order, and AGAIN this morning, I got a cold and burnt Chicken special!!!! It is RIDICULOUS what service you guys provide as NOW I HAVE WAITED AN HOUR FOR SOMETHING TO EAT AND WHEN IT GETS HERE, THE DELIVERY GUY LAUGHS IT OFF AND SAYS HE ONLY LEFT THE BRANCH NOW!!! I KEEP ORDERING AS I WANT TO GIVE YOU GUYS THE BENEFIT OF A DOUBT, BUT NEVER EVER HAVE I CONSECUTIVELY GOTTEN SUCH BAD SERVICE!!<br> <br> I am fed up and disappointed as I have wasted so much money on this branch already. It's the WORST (**********) SERVICE EVER!!!!!
