ORDER PLACED - NOTHING DELIVERED

We ordered food online yesterday, we followed up and we were told the order was cancelled by the store. We then ordered again today online, at around 9am, we followed up after 10:30, the lady said she has been so busy and didnt have time to check the online ordering! so we gave her the details over the phone. it is now 13:00 and STILL NOTHING!!!! We were asked to bear with them because they were busy!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!
