Online Store internet and payment problems

<p>Usually even if I get the email that my order was placed, but there is trouble with their ADSL I receive my order anyway.</p> <p>My payment went through and I didn’t receive my order this time so I called and they sent my order and wanted me to pay again? They also couldn't find my order on their system. This is the second time this has happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>They get another star, because they did send me the order when I called.</p>
