ONLINE ORDER - NO SYSTEM UPDATED

After ordering online I phoned to confirm the order and the address, apparently it was updated this was at 13:50 at 3:14 the order was still not delivered. After phoning the branch they confirm that the driver went to the wrong address and now no one can get hold of this person.

This is unacceptable and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE order from this place again. And by word of mouth I'm sure there's a few people that will agree.
