Online order has nothing to do with late delivery

Shocking service from Melrose Crossing! When I phoned to complain that my order took over an hour and half to be delivered and arrived cold, the manager could only give me excuses. You had my contact details, if the driver was stuck, phone those people whose orders would be delayed. Don't interrupt me and change the subject to the method I used to place the order. Don't tell me that I must not use the online ordering system and imply that that it is indirectly my fault that the order took so long. The receipt is time stamped - the order was processed within minutes of clicking submit. And if there is such a problem with the online ordering system, why offer the service?

I do not care about your problems with Telkom and the internet line, I care that I placed an order at 12:30pm, at 1:30pm when I phoned to find out what had happened, the lady could not tell me when any of the drivers had left, if my order was with the driver that was stuck, or how long it might take for my delivery to arrive.

I care that the manager was confused when I phoned back to complain when the order did finally arrive (cold), because \your order should be there now"and was told don't place orders online."""
