NO SERVICE

Made an order for a sandwich at 12:15 which I've paid for too and 2 hours later m still without food ?? Called them an hour ago and spoke to Rochelle who said that my food will be delivered any minute now, then 10 minutes later she calls me and says the driver was lost but now she has given him the right address and he will be here in 5 minutes, STILL I WAIT. Eventually bought food somewhere else and now the sandwich is useless to me
