No Delivery after 3 Hours

I have placed an just after 12 it now 3:20 and no delivery....<br> <br> i have phoned to ask where my food is and they say like always it' s on its way.<br> <br> Now they say that they came to deliver but they could not find me, ******** i was sitting in my office next to the reception and they where not here.<br> <br> I have phoned no to speak to the manager and a lady pretending to the manager laughs at me when i tell her that i'm going to put this on hello peter. I have tried phoning the Manager Anselm on his cell but no answer as i'm sure the wrong number was given to me.<br> <br> I'm really disappointed how you get treated when you are a unhappy customer and the fact that you trust your staff to give the best client services(witch they don't have) We are i big company 2 branches in one street and i will make sure that we take our business to another company.<br>
