No Crispy Bacon Allowed

Just a comment regarding a Banting breakfast I tried to order telephonically from Southdale Branch. I wanted the Banting breakfast and requested crispy bacon. I was informed I could not have any extras??? I wasn't asking for extras... Just that my bacon be crispy. If I was ordering a sandwich I am sure that I could request white or wholewheat? I am speechless. How could crispy bacon be considered an extra? Just leave it on the grill a little longer or are they expecting me to accept bacon that has already been prepared? I cant even say that this experience left a bad taste in my mouth because I didn't even get to order anything...
