No checking of order before delivered.

At our company we regularly get Sandwich Baron from the Germiston branch. The service and delivery has always been great. Although the last 2 orders placed were definitely not double checked before been delivered. Today we ordered 2 x double sausage toasted sandwiches. We have ordered this before so know how many sausages should be on the double. When seeing it was just a standard sausage sandwich I called to tell the manager/owner about this. He asked me to hold the line so he could ask his kitchen staff if they had made double or standard sausage sandwich. They told him they made it double sausage.

I just wish that whomever is supposed to keep track of what is ordered and made would do so as money is spent to get what you want and it does not seem as though that person is doing their job.

With that said the rest of the order was correct though.
