May i please have my refund?

<p>I ordered and paid for two platters online using a cheque card but then i noticed that my account is linked to the Marshalltown store but i am based in Centurion. I then notified the store immediately and the lady told me she is going to cancel the order and give me a refund. This all happened on the 20th and the transaction is no longer pending on my side but i still have not received my refund nor a proof of payment. I just want my money, the store has my bank details as well. I had to pay for reordering which means i have paid you guys R730 x 2 now. Is this how you treat your customers?</p>
