Lying Staff

I placed an order with Sandwich Baron Hatfild today at 12:00. At 13:00 I phoned them to find out where my order is and the lady who answered the phone said the driver is on his way with the order, and he only has my order to deliver. The driver arrived at our offices in Brooklyn 13:40 to deliver my order. When I asked him if he had other orders to deliver or was it only my order he said he just came from Tukkies where he delivered other orders as well. My order was ice cold..... How can they take an hour and 40 minutes to make and deliver an order??? Easy just lie to the customers. And this is not even the first time this has happened....
