Low quality food and delivery fee

I phoned sandwich baron to find out about the delivery fee, they said it is R10 if your order is R50 or less and if it more than R50 it is free. I phoned again to place my order, the total R118.30 including the delivery fee. The total was suppose to be R108.30. I have the recording as all phone calls from the office are recorded. I was also not informed that the delivery man will not have a portable card machine as well as that my order will take 45 minutes. I phoned after 30minute to find out in how long my order will be delivered.<br> <br> The food was a complete disaster! I ordered a double sausage sandwich, what was the double? I don't know because there was only one layer and one type of sausage. I ordered two steak and cheese french sandwiches, the cheese wasn't melted, the steak was more like a tiny bit of flavouring as it was very thin and I could barely taste it. The cheese and steak was also separated on the sandwich, I didn't want a half cheese and half \steak"sandwich.
