Late & False Advertising

<p>It usually takes a lot for me to give a place a bad review,but Sandwhich Baron Isando has given me the worst customer service ever!!! Firstly,I put my order for delivery in at 11:37 this morning according to their own slip. 12:30 I phoned them and the lady on the line tells me that their driver will arrive within the next few seconds. SECONDS!!! 13:00 I phoned in again. I was held on the line while the lady on the other side started scrambling around trying to find out where the driver was. Eventually I am told that they need to phone their driver and get back to me,at which point I was slightly irritated with their level of service. I decided that it would be best to get off the line as soon as possible,and just as I requested that they cancel my order - low and behold - their driver FINALY arrives. At 13:10. Secondly - if a company advertises a certain price,am I not supposed to be charged the advertised price,UNLESS they have a clause that states that prices are subject to change without notice (which is NOT advertised on their online menu) ? My order total was R47-50. I get charged R54-50 and a horrible experience!!</p>
