lack of delivery

I placed an order 10am today, at the fourways branch, and now it is 14:15 and the order still hasn't arrived I called the office and even the manager couldn't give me a reason as to why my order hasn't arrived, she said she would call me back after calling the delivery guy and yet she hasn't called me when I called back I was told she has left to go and deliver other orders.

I am not sure why Sandwhich Baron Fourways doesn't want to bring my order.
