Horrible Service

Everytime our x3 companies order food we have bad service.<br> <br> 1. We ordered for collection and when we arrived, they sent their driver.<br> <br> 2. The one Staff memeber is extremely rude when asking a simple question and she has a hard time understading<br> <br> 3. The manager lady is even worse, and is always smoking and when the staff calls her to assist, she stands with a smoke in her hand instead of attending to the customers needs in a professional manner.<br> <br> 4. We ordered a platter online to pay on delivery, and when it got delivered at my mothers house the driver refused to take the money.<br> <br> I tried calling the branch the entire weekend to tell them that the money was not taken.<br> <br> I got hold of the branch on Monday morning and offered to take off work and take the money to them.<br> When i got there they refused to accept my card and the manager said i must pay cash as they already closed their books for Saturday, instead of appreciating my honesty.<br> <br> It is not my fault their driver can not complete his job properly.<br> <br> They could have just advised me when i offered to take my time and my petrol to do their staff's job, to bring cash.<br> <br> The communication is absolutley terrible!!!!
