HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SANDWICH BARRON

Very disappointed, I work for a very well known company in Alrode with over 800 staff and there is staff ordering Sandwich Barron each day, its the 3rd time now we order and wait 2 hours for our meal to arrive after calling twice we specifically call way before lunch time in order to get our meal on time, the food arrives here and not up to standard at all it was dry, no butter included and not tasty at all. you guys really need to up your standards especially for it being daily customers. highly disappointed.
